When you try to log in with the password and it doesn’t work, you’ll be given an option to click on “Forgot Password.”
You will then put in your email (user name) and a link will be sent to you via email to click on.
Once you click on that link, an additional email will be sent to you with your new password.
These two emails are sent separately for security purposes.

Once you receive your new password and are logged in, you may reset your password to your choosing if you so desire.
